What we use

For everyday cleaning we use Branch Basics, a plant-based concentrate designed to be safe for infants, pets, and chemically sensitive households. For disinfection we use Force of Nature, a Hypochlorous-acid-based disinfectant that is hospital-grade effective and gentle enough for food-prep zones, kids’ rooms, and pet areas. Scent-free. Residue-free. No synthetic fragrance. Every surface, every floor, every appliance.

What we refuse to use

There is a specific list of ingredients and product types that will never enter your home when our team is cleaning:

• Bleach
• Ammonia
• Phthalates
• Synthetic Fragrance
• Triclosan
• Toxic Surfactants (like APEs, Alkylphenol Ethoxylates)
• Parabens

We also avoid "eco-friendly" products that still contain synthetic fragrance or ambiguous ingredient disclosure. "Green" is not a standard; "non-toxic with documented ingredient lists" is.

Why HEPA changes everything

Conventional vacuums stir up as much as they pick up. Microscopic particles, the size range that actually triggers asthma and allergies, get recirculated back into the air. Our medical-grade HEPA vacuums capture particles down to 0.3 microns, which covers the vast majority of dust mite debris, pet dander, pollen, and mold spore fragments.

For families where one member has asthma, severe allergies, or is immunocompromised, this single detail changes the indoor air quality of a home more than any other cleaning choice we make.

• 52-point Environmental Reset for the required initial deep clean (everything in Maintenance plus 20 deep additions: inside oven, inside fridge/freezer, inside empty cabinets, baseboards hand-scrubbed, blind slats hand-wiped, mattress HEPA, etc.)
• 60-point Move-In / Move-Out (every Reset item plus 8 move-specific items: closet shelves and rods, sliding door tracks, wall spot-cleaning)
• 3-Phase Post-Construction Restoration Protocol (high-dusting, vertical surfaces, multi-pass HEPA floor extraction)
• Allergy & Asthma Initial Reset and Maintenance (multi-pass HEPA on all soft surfaces, mattresses, drapery; HVAC register detail; fragrance-free chemistry audit on every visit)
