Our Environmental Reset is the foundation every recurring service is built on, and the required first step before we begin any ongoing care. We work methodically through baseboards, vents, fans, behind appliances, grout, and every touchpoint a weekly clean does not reach. It is the reset that makes ongoing recurring cleans genuinely effective.

Book. We schedule based on your preferred days and times. Same specialist pair on your rotation whenever possible.
We clean. Plant-based chemistry, HEPA filtration, service-specific checklist. Same standard every visit.

Whether you book a $325 Environmental Reset or a monthly Wellness Maintenance visit on a 3-bedroom home, the plant-based products, the medical-grade HEPA vacuums, and the service-specific checklist do not change. The only thing that changes is scope.

How long does an Environmental Reset take?

A typical 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home runs 3.5 to 4.5 clock hours with a two-specialist crew. Our largest tier (5+ bed / 4+ bath, up to 4,500 sq ft) runs 6 to 7 clock hours. We finish in a single day, we don’t spread it across two unless the home is genuinely beyond our largest tier. The full 52-point Environmental Reset checklist does not get skipped. We quote an approximate window at booking and update you if anything changes on site.

Is this more thorough than the 'deep clean' other services offer?

Yes, by design. Most services call any first-visit clean a 'deep clean.' Our 52-point Environmental Reset includes every item on the service-specific checklist plus targeted high-particulate zones (ceiling fans, vent covers, baseboards, behind reachable appliances, interior window sills, blind slats hand-wiped, mattress HEPA vacuuming, inside oven, inside refrigerator/freezer). Plant-based chemistry AND medical-grade HEPA filtration are the norm for us, not upgrades.

When should I book an Environmental Reset?

Three common scenarios: (1) starting recurring service with us (it’s required, we cannot maintain a home that hasn’t had a true deep clean first), (2) after a renovation, move-in, or construction (the Post-Construction service is related but distinct), (3) at the start of an allergy season, pregnancy, or chemotherapy protocol when indoor air quality suddenly matters more.

Will you clean inside cabinets, drawers, and closets?

Per our 52-point Environmental Reset checklist, we dust and organize the silverware drawer and we wipe the interior of empty kitchen and bathroom cabinets, plus medicine cabinet and pantry shelves. We do not clean cabinet interiors that are still full of contents, please remove items in advance if you would like the inside surface wiped during your Reset.

Can I get an Environmental Reset and start recurring service on the same plan?

Yes, this is the most common package. The Reset is your baseline; the Wellness Maintenance rotation keeps you on that baseline. Booking both together saves you a step and gets you on our priority rotation calendar immediately.
