Service Area

16 towns. 4 counties. One standard.

Clean & Conscious Co. serves 16 named towns across Ripley, Franklin, Decatur, and Dearborn counties in Southeastern Indiana, plus Harrison, Ohio on the state line. We cap our radius on purpose. Closer means faster response, same specialists on every rotation, and the same 32-point Wellness Maintenance checklist every visit. The same chemistry. The same standard. The same people.

How scheduling works

Three tiers by distance from our Batesville HQ.

Closer towns get faster response windows. Further towns get clustered routes so we arrive on time and stay the full service. Every tier gets the same chemistry and the same checklist.

Tier 1

Same-week priority

≤ 12 min from HQ

Same-week Environmental Reset availability is typical. Priority rotation slots for recurring clients.

Tier 2

Standard schedule

17 to 27 min from HQ

Typical availability is same-week or next-week. Visits cluster for routing efficiency.

Tier 3

Extended-radius schedule

29 to 39 min from HQ

Clustered routes, next-week or within-two-weeks typical. Same chemistry, same checklist, same specialists.

By county

Ripley. Franklin. Decatur. Dearborn. And Hamilton County Ohio.

Most of our footprint lives in Ripley County around our Batesville HQ. We cross county lines where the roads take us, including across the state border to Harrison, Ohio.

Why we cap our radius.

A cleaning service that drives three hours to a single job cannot do the job right. It is mathematically impossible to give a home the full checklist when half the day was spent in the truck. The entire premise of Clean & Conscious Co., the reason Travis and Caitlyn built it the way they did, is that quality requires proximity.

Inside our 40-minute radius, we can keep the same specialists on the same homes. We can respond same-week in our Tier 1 towns. We can cluster Tier 2 and Tier 3 visits for efficient routing without compromising the actual cleaning time. We can hand every new client the cell phone number of an owner who is no more than an hour away if something goes wrong.

That is the trade-off we chose: a smaller footprint, but a service that scales the right way. Every client benefits because every client gets the attention a tight radius makes possible.

Service area questions, answered.

Why do you cap your service area instead of taking clients anywhere?

The cap is the quality. A cleaning service that drives three hours to a job has no time left for a real clean. By staying inside a 40-minute radius of our Batesville HQ, we keep drive times short, keep our specialists on the same rotation, and never need to choose between showing up on time and doing the work right. That is the trade-off every client benefits from.

Which towns get same-week availability?

Batesville, Oldenburg, New Point, Morris, and Sunman. All within 12 minutes of our HQ, all in our Tier 1 cluster. Most Tier 1 households book new Environmental Resets within the same week of initial contact.

How is pricing different by town?

It is not. Every town in our service footprint is priced from the same published grid based on home size, not distance. No mileage fee, no remote-location surcharge, no adjustment for being in Harrison versus Batesville. Transparent means transparent.

My town is close to your radius but not listed. Will you drive the extra distance?

Call us. Our published 16-town footprint reflects our core rotation, but we handle edge-of-radius requests case by case, especially for clients with medical, pregnancy, or chemotherapy-related wellness concerns. We would rather say yes to one extra mile than say no to a family who genuinely needs this chemistry.

Why do you list both towns and counties?

Counties matter for tax districting, emergency response coverage, and school district boundaries that shape how households ask about service. Towns are where clients actually live. We list both so Southeastern Indiana residents can find us using whichever framing they naturally use.

Do you service the I-74 corridor reliably?

Yes. I-74 connects Batesville to Sunman, Greensburg, and Lawrenceburg directly. Commuter families along this corridor often schedule rotations mid-week during their Indianapolis or Cincinnati work hours so the home is ready when they return.

Ready to book in your town?

Whichever of the 16 towns you live in, you get the same specialists, the same plant-based chemistry, and the same 32-point Wellness Maintenance checklist. Priced from the same transparent grid, no matter the zip code.
