Ours is medical-grade, the same specification hospitals use for isolation rooms. Bring the pediatrician's recommendation and we can confirm the match.

Do you clean mattresses and bedding as part of this service?

Mattress HEPA-vacuuming is included in our allergy-focused protocol, dust mites live in mattresses, and HEPA removes their debris better than any surface treatment. We do not offer laundering services for sheets, pillowcases, or duvet covers. We will, however, put fresh linens on the beds if they are laid out for our team before we arrive. For severe cases we also recommend dust-mite-proof mattress encasings, which we’ll suggest without being a product-seller.

What about pet allergies if we love our pet and aren't going to rehome them?

Pet dander is protein, not dust. It settles on soft surfaces and stays there until HEPA-vacuumed. We can meaningfully reduce the dander load in a home without affecting your relationship with the pet. Weekly or bi-weekly rotations with HEPA-focused protocols are what we typically recommend for pet-allergy households.
