What this service includes

Before the photographer arrives and the sign goes in the yard, we bring a surgical pre-listing clean designed to make the home show its best. Non-toxic, which matters more than ever because buyers with children or allergies will walk the space.

Who this is ideal for

Real estate agents prepping a listing, homeowners selling their own home, stagers who need a reliable clean to anchor their work.

What the process looks like

  1. Tell us about your home or space. A three-field quote form or a quick call. We ask for home size, frequency, and any specific concerns (allergies, pets, recent renovation, etc.).
  2. Get transparent pricing. No "call for a quote" game. We quote from our published grid.
  3. Book. We schedule based on your preferred days and times. Same specialist pair on your rotation whenever possible.
  4. We clean. Plant-based chemistry, HEPA filtration, service-specific checklist. Same standard every visit.
  5. You come home. No synthetic scent, no chemical residue. Just a home that feels noticeably different.

Frequently asked questions.

When is the ideal time to book a pre-listing clean?

48 hours before listing photos. That gives staging materials time to settle, gives you time to walk through and approve the result, and means the photos capture the home at its best, without chemical residue hanging in the air.

Does this include staging, or just cleaning?

Cleaning only. We partner with local stagers but do not stage the home ourselves. If you don't have a stager, we can recommend one; if your agent is handling staging, we coordinate around their timeline.

Will the home still smell clean for showings a week later?

Yes, and it won't smell like chemical cleaner. That's actually a competitive edge. Most listing cleans leave that generic 'someone just cleaned here' synthetic scent. Ours leave a home that smells like a home. Buyers notice.

How is this different from a regular deep clean?

Pre-listing cleans focus on what photographs and shows well: light fixtures, windows, appliances that will be prominent in listing photos, and high-touch surfaces that agents will lead buyers to. Less emphasis on cabinet interiors and closets (buyers open those during showings but not in photos).

Do you work with specific real estate agents or teams in the area?

We work directly with whoever is listing. If you have an agent, we'll coordinate with their timeline. If you're FSBO, we'll work with you directly. We have ongoing relationships with several Batesville, Greensburg, and Brookville agents and can provide references on request.
